Very poor excuse of an office staff. Vulgar and unprofessional language usage when making phone calls to patients parents. Nothing like answering the phone to hear Vivian saying to me "She better pick up the F***ing phone" and then denying she was speaking about me when I confronted her. Unprofessional that after having a new patient appt set for my two boys I was called 6 days prior to the appts to tell me that my children's insurance was not accepted by the doctor at that office and that my only option was to drive to Cler... read more
