Appoint,met was done in time, and experience was seamless. The medical and nursing staff did very well at explaining the procedure, and I was in and out very well within the time slot.

Visit went exactly as expected. Very little wait. Very friendly and professional staff. Doctor Nemoto has also had an endoscopy and colonoscopy, so I was confident he knew the experience as both a doctor and a patient. Nothing felt rushed. Everything was explained clearly in advance of procedure, and the results after - communication was great! And they play oldies rock, which added to my positive experience!
Every staff member was exceptionally welcoming and helped me to feel very at ease. I was nervous when coming in, being this was my first time, by the time I had to change into the gown I was comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Nemoto to everyone.
Dr. Nemoto is very attentive and explains all aspects of the procedure and results in a clear and easily understandable manner.
