It was a great experience. The staff is exceptional. Doctor Nemoto explained in lay terms. So I understood well.
Came in for my fist colonoscopy. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Nemoto and the staff fully explained the process and follow up process. Highly recommend for this important prevention process.

I came for a colonoscopy already prescribed by an internist, Dr. Nemoto is their provider of choice in the Houston area. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring all the way. The day of the procedure every single member of the staff would be incredibly nice. Dr. Nemoto is a very reputable doctor in the city and takes the time to listen and explain in simple words his observations a recommendations. Very professional and accommodating. All staff was knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and took the time to explain every detail and answer my questions all along the way. Dr. Nemoto is wonderful. He takes all the time you need with him for consultation and questions. Extremely knowledgeable and professional--and very personable! Great experience overall. I would certainly recommend to all!
