I just had a tour today with Michael, and he was amazing. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful, walked me through everything in detail, and answered all my questions clearly. I can tell the building is very well-managed with top-notch service, and they genuinely take good care of their residents. I honestly can’t wait to move in.
If you love waking up at 4 am 7 days a week to the howl of street cleaners working the surrounding blocks for an hour or more, NEMA and its poor design, including flimsy windows, is your jam.
Marco in maintenance came to my apartment in answer to my concerns in my bathroom. He assessed the problem and within 45 minutes solved the problem and replaced all parts efficiently and professionally . I am very pleased! I have had several minor concerns since I moved in 1 1/5 years ago and always Marco and his staff have always resolved the issues immediately. Always friendly and efficient. Grateful and appreciative!
I have lived at NEMA for 18 months now. Unfortunately there have been a handful of long-term problems that have made it a 1 star experience. The biggest problem is the hoops I have to jump through to try and get any help when I need it. Recently I have had an issue that the water coming out of my shower is scalding hot, even when I set it to the lowest temperature.
