The community, the leasing staff, and the building are all incredible! Would definitely recommend the building for anyone looking for an apt in the area. The staff (leasing, front desk, and parking) are all excellent, which makes a big difference compared to many of the other "luxury" buildings in the area

I lived in Nema for over 5+ years and love it! The top notch amenities are like billionnaire’s row apartments, they literally delivered packages into your room. The team has gone above and beyond to help me, especially Marshall. It feels like a community of people that help each other
Super bad maintenance. The microwave smells super bad and the washer and dryer are very loud. Got complaints from neighbors saying I am loud and apartment want to charge me for it.
Marshall's customer service is outstanding. With 10 years of experience at Nema building package room, he demonstrated great knowledge and professionalism. He helped me a lot, and I am very satisfied with his support. Highly recommended!
