What stands out most is their level of customer service; every valet is attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to help. FRAUDULENT PEOPLE! We live next door to this building in condos, and they have received misdelivered packages for our building, even being photographed in their mailroom. They refused to give them to us, even though they are addressed to us and obviously misdelivered. Then they say “oh we don’t have them” despite photographed evidence. Next is “oh we can’t find them”. Thin, flimsy windows let in all the outside noise. You will be woken up between 2 and 5 am several nights a week and lie awake listening to the howl of street cleaners for 20-60 minutes straight. Your mood and work and school performance will be wrecked. No emergency lighting for the first 24 hours of the recent PGE power outage, which impacted NEMA for 65 hours.
