After leaving my Super 73 battery there since June, all they managed to do was remove the lock and they couldn’t even find a replacement for it. They also replaced the destroyed charge port, but put in the completely wrong one. To make matters worse, the work they did was sloppy and overpriced, especially since they used hot glue, which is more like something I’d expect my little sister to do, not a shop I’m paying. I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only were they extremely kind and professional, I also witnessed their excellent customer service with other customers as I waited. You can trust this company to do right by you.

I brought my scooter to this shop multiple times and spent hundreds of dollars to fix an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, the problem persisted immediately after each repair. The owner was polite but directed me to contact the part distributor instead of addressing the issue directly. Disappointed that the shop doesn’t stand behind their work.

Jacob the owner provides fantastic customer service and quality repair. I brought in my scooter not knowing everything that was wrong except that the breaks were worn out and he explained his assessment in simple language and went over the estimation. My scooter was ready a few days later and in perfect condition he also explained everything that was repaired and even features I didn't know could be adjusted like the max speed. I am so glad his shop is in Tucson.
