I was in there to have a claddag ring I got from Ireland sized down a year ago. They were fantastic and helped me so much! My fiance just got my engagement ring with them and he can't say enough good about them. I just got excellent service. I got a watch battery replaced yesterday in a watch that I haven't worn in a while. I noticed that a rhinestone popped out of the watch face. They were happy to fix it... WITHOUT CHARGE! I was so shocked. I kept asking if he was sure he didn't want to charge me. He said, "Yeah, it is no problem." This watch has a lot of sentimental value for me. I would have paid for it. I am still shocked! Customer for life!
