The pros - everything you'll notice when you tour the place. Lots of square footage (though the layout isn't ideal) TONS of closet space, cute retro vibe, outdoor deck space. The cons: -Lack of outlets (two-prong only) limit room layouts, and the single outlet in the kitchen is taken up by the refrigerator. -One set of neighbors smoking cigarettes/weed/scented vape inside on an almost daily basis (Bank of America side of the building).
