WORST CONTRACTOR I EVER HIRED ! I hired Nelson Roofing to fix a leaking rain gutter that was causing damage to my concrete with winter freezing. Steven Parker (owner) told me that I needed all new gutters, so I agreed. After he installed them last summer and billed me for around $1200.00 I ended up with the exact same leak in the exact same area because they were installed with the wrong pitch to them.
