I requested to be booked in for a massage today earlier in the week as I was running a marathon and it would be very much needed. When I arrived I found out that I had been booked in for the following week and they were not very sympathetic. Poor customer service
Husband and kids purchased a 90 min massage for my mother's day gift. My husband tipped her $10 on top of the cost of the massage. The massage itself was great but I do find it very unprofessional when he paid her that she commented negatively about his amount of tip and outright ask for a larger tip. Excuse me, but you are being paid $60 an hour for your services and have the nerve to ask for a larger tip.... We will not be returning to your facility.

My husband and I just got one hour couples massages and they were great! We asked for deep tissue and they delivered. We feel relaxed and rejuvenated!! May be a bit sore tomorrow but definitely worth it!!
