Eric was the best therapist I’ve ever had. He changed my life. Anyone who thinks he “played favorites” is simply disillusioned. He was a man of the utmost integrity. He was selective of his clientele, and he also didn’t advertise. He was a man who chose to take on the people that wouldn’t benefit from an “average therapist”, even though he made enough money from Hogan that he didn’t need to work with individuals. He did it because he cared. RIP dear friend, I hope you are at peace.
My husband and I met with Dr. Nelson out of concern for our young grandchild who was/is Dr. Nelson's patient. To protect the child's privacy, we will not share anything other than this generic statement: We have very serious cause to believe that Dr. Nelson's professional judgement may be strongly influenced by his being under the employ of certain of the Tulsa legal profession. Dr. Nelson helped me more then he could ever realize growing up with depression. He helped me learn that what was going on in my head wasn't really the way things were going, and showed me I had potential that I never really felt I had.
Dr Nelson is one of the best adult clinical Psychologists in town. I first started seeing him in 2004 and he was able to properly diagnose me. I have been seeing him off and on ever since (depending on what I have going on in my life). If you want a Dr. that will actually listen and help, Dr. Nelson is the psychologist for you!
