They have for many years kept dangerous plants in the parking lot of a tenant property. Tenant says have notified them and nothing done. They seem to go out of their way to avoid even being able to be told about problems in their properties. Eg. Not being googleable, keeping different name in county property database than on this office.
Really really bad experience with this business, as specialspe with Michael Nelson. So i got appointment to meet him on Thursday morning at 11 am and when we came up and waited until then we call his office and someone pickup the phone and said that he left for something's going on, then she told me should call back at 1:30 pm. After that i texted him by email and what's going on with him and should we meet you what time until are you available for? Words cannot even begin to explain how awful my experience was with Nelson Legacy Group as my landlord. They are absolute slumlords who attempt to take advantage of young renters assuming that they do not know their legal rights. The previous tenant had the same issues as we did. If you have any choice I would highly recomend finding another property not managed by Nelso Legacy to rent.
