Great service. Very prompt when my AC quit working
There is nothing worse than walking into your home and immediately realizing that your AC is out,( well, there are worse things but that's a pretty bad one). After my initial call, Nelson Mechanical had one of their service crews at my house in a very timely manner. They were not only professional but friendly and they took the time to explain to me the problem. They were honest and didn't try to sell me parts or service that I didn't need.
