The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Dr. Martine Nelson and her staff are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and quick to respond. I can't imagine going to any other pediatrician. Dr. Nelson always takes her time with each patient and is very thorough. She takes the time to give you complete explanations and in a way you can understand. You never feel rushed. Highly recommended.
