My boyfriend got me a mother’s ring from Nelson’s that was absolutely beautiful! I am a human wrecking ball, though, and managed to knock a stone out and was devastated. Nelson’s fixed it so quickly and they were so sweet about it. I was feeling bad but the staff was so warm and friendly and made it all better. Their jewelry is beautiful - but the caring staff seriously makes the shopping experience so perfect. Thank you for the warm environment! We absolutely will return for all of our sparkling purchases!
