Dr. Nelson is the absolute best! I moved to Houston a few years ago, and I will still wait until the holidays when I visit the family to schedule my routine cleanings. I even took a weekend trip up to Dallas to get a procedure done! The staff treat you like family and are very kind! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!! �
My family has been going to Dr. Nelson for about 10 years now and we have nothing bad to say. I broke a molar in July and they were able to get it fixed and saved me from getting it pulled! Very grateful for this Dentist and his office staff and assistants!!
Huge fan of Dr. Nelson and his team! They are friendly, compassionate and they do not try to oversell interventions you don't need. Their prices are very competitive for a good Collin County dentist and they accept multiple insurances. I recommend.

My family has been a patient of Dr Art for more years than I am willing to admit! From the moment you walk in, you feel incredibly welcome and the staff is gracious and even seems excited to see you!!!! I'm talking WELL OVER 20 years Dr. Art has been our family's dentist. He is simply the best at what he does!!!!1

Dr. Nelson and his team are truly the BEST ! They have a passion for their performance and are extremely compassion with their patients. Although I am not fond of having dental procedures, it's always a joy knowing I'm in the best hands of Dr. Nelson and his team. Thank you to each of you for your dedication & comfort.
