Will never answer the phone. Terrible customer. Can't get them to reschedule a colonoscopy. Must drive to the office and talk to them face to face.
If anyone can make you feel comfortable about a colonoscopy Dr Nina Nelson-Garrett can and does. Her faith and confidence shows in all she does. Her expertise is beyond reproach.
Dr. Nina Garrett is the BEST!she did my Colonoscopy four year ago but the staff answering the phone at her office is the WORST. I called for a whole day and nobody answered! I been trying to get an appointment for a month now when you finally get somebody in her office to answer they tell me I see your referral but no one has received you yet🤷 The staff is killing her business. I may have to find another Dr. I hate to but these people leave me no choice. My husband goes all way to Birmingham I may have to join him.
