Wonderful caring doctor!!
Dr. Nelson-Garrett has done my endoscopies and I really liked her. I scheduled an appointment to see her in the office as I've been having more severe symptoms of my hiatal hernia and reflux. I wasn't told that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor but a nurse practitioner. She told me she was going to take me off of one of my meds and add two more and schedule an upper GI. After two weeks of calling (leaving 5 different messages) still no meds called in. Last time I called, I was passed around so much that I finally just cancelle... read more
She is one excellent physician.
My wife was referred to Dr Garrett by her doctor 2 years ago. They set up an appt and for the last 2 years have consistently called for EVERY appt and cancelled. For 2.....years. Without fail, my wife gets a call about 24 hrs before her appt to reschedule her upcoming visit. And every time...without fail....she has been told that Dr Garrett has had a "family emergency".
