These guys are very friendly, professional and prompt. They replaced the entire unit and got my door working perfectly at a very reasonable price. Then today after one of the sensors started malfunctioning, they sent out a technician and he fixed the issue. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Calton came earlier than expected, assessed our garage door problem and explained to us what was needed to get it working.He also answered all of our questions. He was able to replace a spring,lube the moving parts and make the necessary adjustments. My garage door is now very quiet and smoother than before. I will highly recommend them.
I called and requested service on a Friday morning 1/24/20. The tech shows up that morning assesses the job and quoted $586 for replacing the overhead springs and wheel brackets for the pulley system. I paid $540 cash to the techs. I get a call from the Nelson office assistant on Thursday 1/30/20 confirming the service was completed and asking me how much I was charged for the completed job. I was startled when the garage door suddenly closed behind me. Thank goodness I was already outside because the door would not open! I called Nelson Garage Door solutions company that my friend recommended for an urgent service. I am happy with the punctuality of the technician and the very quick service.
The technician was on time, professional, and efficient. He clearly communicated how much the estimate would be, why each item was needed, and did not pressure me to make a decision. He cleaned up well after he was done and was pleasant to work with. I would use Nelson Garage Door solutions company again if needed.
