Nelson Garage Door Repair came to provide urgent service. They are fast, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist in his work. When they were not satisfied with the product as it came out of the box, they returned 2 days later and installed a new one. They are a very friendly man and their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Our garage door was stuck halfway. We called Nelson Garage Door Repair and they responded to our request quickly. Mike showed up shortly after our call, he took the time to explain how the door works and what was wrong with it. He fixed it in a timely fashion and we haven't had a problem with it since.
I dropped them an email at night requesting a service and Nelson called me right back and scheduled a service the following morning. Service was great and pricing was also reasonable.Communication was great and our specialist explained to us what the problem was and what he was intending to do to correct it. Efficient and superb service!!
Nelson worked very hard to get our garage door working on time so I could make it to work on time. He was able to replace the broken spring and his charges were very fair. He also took his time to explain to us what he was doing and answered our questions. I will highly recommend them.
