Paul showed up quickly after getting my call and, not only fixed the botched work done by a previous technician, but schooled me on the how's & why's of everything. Called Paul to give me an estimate on a garage door replacement. We arranged a time. He was very prompt. Spent half an hour with me going over all the details and answering ALL my questions. His price was more than fair!!!! Scheduled a day for the instalation. They came out that day as expected. What a job his crew did. The door is much quieter and looks great! I really received the premier customer experience when I contacted Nelson Garage Door to replace my garage door opener. Paul went the extra mile to make sure I didn't have to miss a lot of time from work and he programmed the opener to my car. He addressed all of my concerns with the utmost patience.
