I received a pretty cut flower arrangement from Nelson flowers, but unfortunately it didn’t last long for some reason. I contacted them about it and immediately they offered to provide me with new fresh flowers the next day. I was very grateful that they were willing to go the extra mile to ensure a customer was pleased with their product. Thank you to the owner for her kind gesture.
