Dr. Nelson is the kindest and most understanding dentist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He changed my perception of dentists and I am no longer afraid to seek dental care. He is wonderful!

Dr Nelson truly cares about his patients. He's passionate and knowledgeable. He provides the highest quality of care that I've ever seen from a dentist.
While the service received from Dr. Nelson is probably the best, I'd be leary about them working with you, at all, about payments. They tell you that they are willing to work with you on payments, and then, at the last minute, at the start of your appointment, tell you they want the payment in full before they start! I was offended, will not be going back, or recommending Dr. Nelson to anyone because of this.
I switched over to Dr Nelson years ago. He is very honest and easy to talk to. He genuinely cares about your health.
I'm very comfortable at this office because everyone is always friendly and honest. They really care about your overall health and will talk to you through everything.
So thankful that you fixed my tooth. It was in bad shape and I was embarrassed. I never thought that you could make it look great. It looks like I never broke it at all!
