I was disappointed in the communication. After the storm it took 5 months to put 5 shingles on our roof. We had to reach out multiple times.. Fixed 1 section of downspout/gutter..Flashing wasn't even fixed and they charged us for that ? You can fully see the flashing is messed up on the side the tree hit.. Siding was hard to get, but that doesn't take 5 months. They also assured us the siding would match, then come to find out it wouldn't. Unfortunately we will not ever be using or recommending again.
