I was disappointed in the communication. After the storm it took 5 months to put 5 shingles on our roof. We had to reach out multiple times.. Fixed 1 section of downspout/gutter..Flashing wasn't even fixed and they charged us for that ? You can fully see the flashing is messed up on the side the tree hit.. Siding was hard to get, but that doesn't take 5 months. They also assured us the siding would match, then come to find out it wouldn't. Unfortunately we will not ever be using or recommending again. Art was fantastic this morning! He called after we made the appointment to discuss what the problem was. I received an email reminder and a text reminder for the appointment. And he called and let me know he was on his way before the appointment. Great customer service! When he got to our home he fixed the issue right away. He was so friendly and professional!
