Casey was good and his staff friendly. The wait was tolerable and time spent with the PA was fast. Business was booming. My only issue was their lack of communication with my pharmacy. I was written a prescription for a cream that my insurance would not approve without speaking with the PA for some explanation of need. The office has not responded to this request and it has been 3 weeks. Like I said, really busy.
