My experience with them is horrible I was paying my car payment up in when I final got my payment back on track they came up with the same bull crab that I was still a payment behind when I know I’ve pay them up I’ve been paying 600 in 700 for about 3 month than when I made another payment the lady told me what I need to be on time well I let them take it out of my account in they took more in what they supposed to do I call in ask them was I caught up she said yes than when I went to make my payment again I was still behind... read more
I love my new vehicle and the customer service was excellent. The fact that I didn't have to spend my entire day filling out paperwork was a definite plus.
I had a great experience. Customer service is great. They were upfront and honest about the vehicles I was approved for and with that being said I have a great vehicle that I love.
No one cared to try to assist me, also rude.
