The staff were friendly and inviting . The were able to work within my budget. Dr.Nelson sat down with me and explained every step and option before getting started.

Staff was very professional and polite, also dental was a walk In the park I’m very scared of needles but The dentist was very gentle I didn’t even know I had a procedure done. Overall Great Job!!!

The office staff is unprofessional. I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived 7 minutes early. I asked the woman working the front desk if I needed to fill out paperwork & she caught an attitude, saying that they don’t open until 9. They don’t want to do their jobs. I can’t comment on the dentist because I left before being called back after waiting over an hour with an apptmt. I will never go back and do not recommend this office to anyone.
The first day I walked into Dr. Nelson's office I knew they actually cared and understood. They are thorough in examining your teeth and understand and can discern when you are miserable. They take a terrifying experience and make you feel better. It can be a long wait some days, but that's because they (the 2 dentists) take their time with each patient. Once your name is called, you'll understand the wait time.
