I have used Nelon Cole Pest Control for several years. Bradley always keeps his appointments with me and is prompt and friendly. I have had much success getting rid of pests, as well as fire ants. If I see a bug or fire ants prior to the next visit, all I have to do is call and Bradley returns free of charge, however, this has only happened one time and it was when we first started using the service and it was quickly brought under control. I have been a customer with Nelon-Cole for 7+ years. They have always done a good job controlling the fireants at my home each year. They also, take care of our Termite and Moisture control at our home and business in Landrum, SC. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an honest, reliable and prompt company. They do an excellent job!
Nelon-Cole Termite and Pest control handles all of my pest control needs. I have had 3 different companies in the Shelby area and none of them compare to Nelon-Cole. My daughter had an issue with bedbugs, and they were able to get the problem under control quickly. They also allowed her to set up a payment plan and schedule to do follow up appts. This company does my personal and rental homes. And they are always on time and available to handle the issues when I have them.
We recently bought a new home and needed pest control and a yard treatment for fireants. Called Nelon-Cole and they were out the same day and provided great service and the technician was very friendly! We will definitely use them again in the future.
