Awesome People...Great Prices On All Medicine.....
Love the team at Nelms and appreciate the down home atmosphere. I'm confident I made the right decision to make this my pharmacy when I moved to Trussville! Also, I've checked prices on several meds and their prices are always the lowest!

After switching from a big chain pharmacy, I'm in love with the friendliness and quickness of the staff here. I never have problems with wait times and they have gone out of their way to make sure I get the meds I need when I need them.
I love this place. Chace and Kim are always so nice and helpful. Can't beat their personal service and just as reasonable cost as the big chains without all the hassle and screwed up prescriptions I used to get from brand X chain.

My family and I love Nelms Pharmacy! My son currently has Bronchitis and my husband has pneumonia but I always know Nelms will take care of us. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
