I absolutely LOVE Nelms Pharmacy. Chase and Heather, and their entire team, are kind, considerate and fast in getting prescriptions filed. I have used all the large retail pharmacies, but since I've been using Nelms (over a year now), I will never go back! They are so friend and their customer service is so exceptional, you just want to hang out with them. KUDOS to Nelms Pharmacy. Their new building is fabulous and they care about their local community!! Can't say enough great things about them!!
The best pharmacy you can use. Small town feel- today I walked in and the pharmacist didn’t only know what I needed but had it ready before I even asked.

Who can remember going into a store where people smiled and called your name? They asked how you were doing? Had a moment for every single person to chat a minute? This place STILL exists! Nelms Pharmacy in Trussville has to be the nicest place left to visit! Never more than 5 minutes to wait even on a busy day! They will come to your car and deliver! No insurance? Drug prices beat CVS and Walmart! Thank you, Nelms, for always making my day better! �
