I went there for annual examine with Irina Kushnir. Then found out I have a bill to pay, which I was not aware of. The doctor didn’t warn me. When I asked for more details, they ghosted me. Go somewhere else.
Since Dr. Dudetsky left, the service has really gone downhill. I recently saw Dr. Yelena Brukhis, and it was easily the most unhelpful appointment I’ve had. The visit felt extremely rushed and lasted maybe five minutes. Even though I was charged to go over my lab results, most of the appointment was spent trying to sell me Ozempic. When I declined, the visit ended right away and my concerns were never addressed. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Can't reach anyone by phone, scheduling appointments on the website does NOT work on the computer or smartphone, the only real doctor there is Irina Kushnir, MD, everyone else is a Physician Assistant/Associate

I scheduled an appointment for my annual check-up, and the doctor never showed up. I called the office multiple times and even left a couple of voicemail messages, but no one ever returned my calls, apologized, or attempted to reschedule. Every time you try calling the office, the staff puts you on a never-ending hold. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this doctor’s office to anyone.
