Consistently poor communication over multiple visits ranging from 1.5-3 weeks without responses or action after multiple follow ups that I had to initiate. After my first appointment, I was told a prescription would be sent. It never sent to my pharmacy. I followed up 19 days later, got no response, and followed up again the next day, before finally getting my prescription. Please Do Not go here, I keep getting bills, that I don’t own and I just found out they charged my credit card. Their Administration office is not organized and they never answer the phone. Very disappointed it
After Bardman retired, it is a mess. Not recommended.
