My family and I have lived in two different states, and we have honestly never experienced such an outstanding medical office. From the very first interaction at the front desk, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Everything was organized clearly, and we were especially surprised (in the best way!) that they were able to see us on a Saturday, which is so rare. I've had a few appointments here over the last few months and have been extremely pleased with my experience. Not only was the doctor thorough and informative in her diagnosis and recommendations, but the folks at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind. They answered questions I had, listened to my concerns, and spoke with me as a friend, not merely a customer. I'm glad to know there are still clinics in the area that truly want to help people.
I believe the higher ratings are from the times of Dr Dudetsky and Dr Bardman. Currently there are some issues with scheduling and doctors are cancelling appointments last minute. Maybe it’s an opportunity to find other options in the area

I went there for annual examine with Irina Kushnir. Then found out I have a bill to pay, which I was not aware of. The doctor didn’t warn me. When I asked for more details, they ghosted me. Go somewhere else.
