Went in for my annual physical, the experience there was great, quick to book, efficient, smooth. I got my blood drawn and had them send a prescription refill. I was told I would get the results from the bloodwork back in 2-3 days, it's been almost 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to answer my calls or emails for an update. It looks like my bloodwork was never even sent otherwise to the lab. Also 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my prescription from the pharmacy. The team is caring and efficient. I am able to make appointments quickly and the Doctors are very thorough and attentive. I highly recommend this clinic for the whole family.
I had a med check in September, so should receive 3 months of scripts. I requested my november refill last week through the portal. No response, so I requested again this Monday. No response. I then sent a message about refill. Again, no response. I finally called the office on Tuesday and was told Doc would authorize it. Here we are on Thursday with no rx. I am just astounded by these reviews. And zero responses from the clinic director, too? It really sounds like this place went totally downhill as soon as this Cruz woman came aboard and the good doctors left. Can you imagine refusing to see a patient bc she was depressed at some point in the past? And saying "I won't see people with mental problems??" That's like 90% of the USA, now, ma'am. It could be that the receptionist is terrible at sharing info accurately and doesn't communicate what a patient wants or what the doctor... read more
