do bad experiences, I don't like this place at all
I am so upset on behalf of a good friend of mine. He doesn't like to be confrontational, but I felt the need to write this review on his behalf. He went in for some testing almost 3 weeks ago, was told it took just a few days for results to come back in. It's been almost 3 weeks! He's called repeatedly even texted. In the interim he has been admitted to the hospital for what could possibly be related to what he got testing for. This is just wrong on so many levels! Went in for my annual physical, the experience there was great, quick to book, efficient, smooth. I got my blood drawn and had them send a prescription refill. I was told I would get the results from the bloodwork back in 2-3 days, it's been almost 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to answer my calls or emails for an update. It looks like my bloodwork was never even sent otherwise to the lab. Also 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my prescription from the pharmacy.
