RecommendedJust had my wife's car in for inspection and am pleased with the work and the price. I figured we'd be spending quite a bit since we had a mystery problem that set off the check engine light. Also had two tires I figured wouldn't pass inspection. Did the potential price in my head and Nello didn't come close to it! Dropped it off Sunday night and had it back the very next day, which was great since that vehicle we use for our small business! Definitely recommend!
I had them replace front tires and do front end alignment to my car, they charged me a pretty penny for the work, a few months later, the tires are wearing horribly, I’m pretty sure they charged me for the alignment and never did the work, and no, I didn’t hit any big potholes or anything to knock it off this bad, it’s horrible, I wouldn’t let this place work on my lawnmower!

This place will rip you off. Try to sell you work you do not need. They treat there staff like crap and there consumers worst. They only care about saving a penny. They discriminate against women and lie to cover there wrongs up. Do not have work done here or work here. You will regret it.
I have never had an issue with service at Nello until yesterday. I requested and paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I went home and discovered the tire rotation was never done. When I went in today to have it done there was no apology or recognition of their mistake. This experience was disappointing.
