Would rate 0 stars if possible. She has overcharged me $25, but is impossible to reach by phone or email and has no receptionist that I can find. After finally filing a complaint with insurance, she finally calls me and says she will mail me a check. I have not received a check after 10 days. I went to 1 appointment.
