Devin saved the day when our HVAC unit unexpectedly fritzed out during a particularly warm day. Courteous, kind, and so helpful! He got everything diagnosed and fixed so easily for us. Grateful that he could fit us into a very busy schedule. And so happy to now have a go-to for all our HVAC maintenance and service needs.
Devin did a great job installing our new water heater. He responded very quickly, was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed safely and cleanly. The whole process was smooth, and he even took time to explain how the system works. Highly recommend his work!
We had an after hours situation happen with our furnance. Within 30 mins Devin contacted us and was on his way without hesitation. He would not leave until the problem was well enough to keep our family of 4 warm until the major problem could be fixed. To say Devin was exceptional would be not near enough credit. Devin is both an amazing and wonderful business man. He came to my rescue on Valentine's Day to install a new water heater that was leaking the night before. I had committed to having my two grandsons for the weekend, but knew that wasn't going to happen if I didn't have hot water to shower or sanitary water to wash dishes or brush teeth.
