I had a wonderful experience with Nelligan's Auto. I was stranded in a busy intersection in Bloomfield which required me to call for a tow. Rob towed my car to his shop and give me options to repair my vehicle. I decided to let his garage service my car. It was fixed within an hour and I was back on the road!!! I am not from the area and I am not one of their regular customers. But they treat me like I was and provided excellent timely service!!! Thank you Rob and company!!!
7/23/26 I was referred to Negion's to have my battery cables accessed. Turns out, the situation was more serious than I thought; a fire hazard. I was immediately acknowledged and a representative asked what service did I need. He took my information and passed my concerns to the mechanic. Sending a huge shout out to Neligon's Auto Care! They went above and beyond for my family. My mom’s 2005 Subaru had been sitting for years, but she loved that car, so I brought it to Neligon’s to see if it could be saved. Not only did they fix it beautifully, but the owner, Rob, showed a level of kindness you rarely see anymore. My mom is in a wheelchair and can’t easily get in and out of the car. I had a tire blowout while traveling through the interstate and Neligon's was able to help me replace it. Even though I did not have an appointment, they went above and beyond to accommodate this last-minute request and provided excellent and quick service.
