This is my second time dealing with Nelco. I would like to state that I am specifically speaking of their employee Rob and this is the fellow that I dealt with on both occasions as I was very happy with his work the first time. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and respectful and he answered all my questions. He cleaned up the work area. Property Manager here. Nelco is my first choice for Preventative Maintenance, emergency calls and mechanical upgrades. Brett knows his stuff and makes a project go seamlessly. I've learned at lot about my buildings from him. The staff and after hours team is very responsive, friendly and helpful.
