Wes is awesome, not only as a 1:1 instructor but also as a group coach. Group class today was great, he made you feel like he was looking out for you on each exercise, while still maintaining great connection and enthusiasm with the entire class as a whole.
Great coaching and a great workout! Erick always pushes me, but also respects my limits. I'm happy to have him coaching in the mornings.
