My training experience with NSP over the last year and a half has been nothing short of great. Jake and his team bring an innovative way to training that I wasn't ever exposed to prior to coming here. Jake prioritizes sport specifc drills and lifts while training our CNS and reactive skills. I would highly recommend Nekton to anybody looking to improve their athletic ability or recover from an injury. NSP hosts a great Christ-centered atmosphere with smart personable trainers that push you to be your best. Personally, I have gone to Nekton for three years and seen a complete change in both my athletic performance and mindset. Nekton Sports Performance is a great choice for whatever your needs are.
I have done one SQUARE 1 System session with Jake and have seen great results! My ankle/heel had been bothering me for months. My heel would feel bruised and doing certain movements would cause a burning sensation felt near my ankle. By the end of the day, my ankle would be extremely stiff.
