Ordered iced white mocha and they made vanilla latte and handed me that as mocha and asked them is it iced mocha they added ice and gave it to me. They can be more caring about their customers maybe. Even on the photo what they wrote on cup you can notice.
Having visited Nekter's in other parts of the country and absolutely loved their smoothies and bowls, I was super excited to see they had a branch here in SF! We've been on the hunt for some good local acai and unfortunately, we were very sadly disappointed! We ordered one of our regular acai bowls, that we loved in many other locations across the country, but I don't think this one had hardly any (if any) acai in it as it did not come out the berry colored glory that it normally does.
