Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The customer service was non-existent. From the moment a friend and I walked in, the girl behind the register had an attitude and just simply looked miserable. Luckily, I was only there to buy a water bottle, but my friend ordered a ginger shot and took them 20 minutes to make. I had a really bad experience at Nektar Juice Bar recently. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff (two girls) were rude, dismissive, and made it seem like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no smile — just attitude. On top of that, my order took way too long to prepare. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple GINGER SHOT, and when I politely asked for an update, the response was curt and unhelpful. I go pretty often honestly the gym is super close and convenient I’ve had a bad experience my last couple of times which sucks because nektar is probably the cleanest place as far as ingredients. I thought maybe just a bad day for an employee one day but literally happen every single time after. Employees take so damn long to even acknowledge you’re in the store and then when they do it like bothers them. Maybe an extra person on a shift instead of the usual two. I've ordered in person and online viz the website, and I specifically appreciate that there is no convenience fee to order online! The quality of the items are great, you can tell its natural and good for you. The staff in the whittier location (only been to this location) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is small but has some seating to wait, but it's clean!
