It literally took more than 30 minutes to get my smoothie. The staff was pleasant but rather lengthy to wait for a smoothie
The drinks are consistently different every time we go even when ordering the same thing almost every time. Either they’re watery or melted, or made almost completely with milk rather than fruit (a mango smoothie will appear closer to white than yellow). Along with this, you could be the only customer ordering one smoothie and it will take much longer than you would think all while hearing workers talking up a storm in the back. Not coming back, especially for the price.

The online ordering in the new app is much better than the previous app. It makes it easier to make substitutions to your order as desired. The pickup process for online orders is very easy and makes it a convenient option when you are on the go. Always a pleasure ordering from Nektar.
