My husband and I were so looking forward to trying this location. The staff lead Brianna was extremely unprofessional and exemplified uncourteous behavior. I asked for less ginger and both our drinks had tons of ginger. They refused to remake drinks and refused any accommodations and later, I read Nekter policy which has zero refunds. used to love this place and was my go-to for açaí bowls. i came in today and the açaí bowl place was out of açaí! so i asked for pitaya base,,, i did not get that. i asked for almond butter and agave on top and had no agave and a small scoop of almond butter. when i asked for more almond butter i was scoffed at and given the tiniest scoop. i will not be coming back.
