I came here in the morning and the there was a woman with a K necklace who was very rude. I couldn’t read the menu and I didn’t have my glasses. She asked me if I wanted fruit, I told her I did. When I got my order it didn’t have any fruit. So will never be coming here again.
Thank you to the Lake Forest Nektar team on the ground in the shop. Shelby took great care of me, and is a great example of great customer service. Appreciate you. My only request would be that you provide plastic alternative cups and especially straws. 🙏🏾
