The girls working today could really benefit from some additional training. The incompetence to do their job is shocking. I would focus on time management, as customers should not have to wait over 20 minutes for a smoothie, but more importantly listening. I ordered 2 bowls and got 2 smoothies.
Nekter is extremely inconsistent and has been on multiple occasions; watery chia seed pudding for half the order, while the other half is fine and as you can see from the pictures the drinks are beyond inconsistent! Both drinks are the same drink (Greenie) with the exception of the size! They’re also inconsistent with portions; same size item, different portions. Service is extremely slow and this wouldn’t be so bad if the quality of the food was up to par.
Its not open, says closed for repairs of this saves anyone a trip. Today is 7/26/2025 12:35pm.
Love this location! I always place online orders, and the girls and the one guy I’ve seen are always so nice. My orders are always perfect! The staff is friendly, and I really appreciate their authentic attitudes.
