Hi there, I visited your location today around 4:10 PM with my husband. While we were sitting and enjoying our smoothies, I noticed one of the staff members with long hair preparing a smoothie for herself. While I have no issue with employees making themselves drinks, I was really taken aback by what I witnessed next. She tasted the smoothie directly from the blender using a spoon — twice — and then continued to blend it. 5-stars for Customer Service and quality! Josh the GM and his team are phenomenal. We called the location with an inquiry that may have been a little unusual but Josh went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the information we needed. Also, the order we placed on that day was one of the best we've had!
