Tori, the manager, is absolutely amazing! She resolved my issue quickly and ensured everything was handled correctly. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, but thanks to Tori’s leadership, the entire Winchester team consistently delivers it.
I went in not knowing what i wanted and Tori was soo nice, she made an AMAZING smoothie. She just had amazing customer service and was all around so kind
