My only issue is the customer service. Also one time it was not even 3:30pm, I’d say around 3:27 and I came to order (closing early 4pm) and they said they couldn’t make juice bc they had already cleaned the juicer. I thought it was a bad look on the company because of closing time is 4 and you’re turning customers away 30+ mins beforehand, you’re losing money and the potential of that customer returning to that particular location.
I really like Nektar- HOWEVER - it's a beautiful day, no food in the house, decided to stop and get a bowl at the Village location on my way home. I got online to see what time they close- 7pm. Great! Just enough time. Get there at 645....DOORS ARE LOCKED!. Oh, they're in there- making sure customers don't come in to bother them. Really? Seriously angry enough that I don't see me going back.

This place is consistent. Their smoothies always taste so good. Their strawberry chia jam is very delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone. I’m never disappointed. I order on the app which saves time since they make from scratch. And you can modify your drinks and bowls. It’s worth the money and the wait.
