I have never written a Google review before, and I am a Nekter regular in Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe......ALL locations. They actually say hello at these locations. Some of them call me by name....they are actually kind....have great vibes, have smiles. I have been at this Warner location 3 times. My green juice was fine, but my gosh, the vibes here are AWFUL. Absolute worst service! Employees have the worst attitude. We like to go there after the gym to get something healthy and it never fails, service comes with hostility and bad attitude. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. We'll be going somewhere else from now on.

Absolutely horrendous service and terrible management. I placed a mobile order on 2/20/2025 for an Orange Crush smoothie. Upon arrive at Nekter, the two employees that were present said they were out of strawberries and couldn’t make my smoothie. Not only was the fact that they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of calling to notify me of this prior to me coming to pick up my order, but when I asked for a refund they advised me that they could not process it and would have to wait for a manager to be present to do so.
