I went for a juice and mine wasn’t delivered with the rest. Since it wasn’t ready yet, I asked to switch it for another one, but they tried to charge me again. There was no courtesy or willingness to resolve the issue, and the order wasn’t prepared on time. Not a good customer service experience.
My second time coming, walked in and there’s a few people waiting. I placed my order online, but both people working were behind the counter where they couldn’t see the check ins. I move over to the side where they can see me and another person walks in and up to the kiosk to order. One of the people from the back comes up and assists the other customer before even addressing me even though I was at the counter first and my order had already been paid for through the app. Not sure if I’ll be back.
