They lie about giving you a free smoothie to get you to come back and then don’t honor it. The app is faulty and the staff can do nothing to make it up to you. Do not go there! Not worth it.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service these young ladies provided. Not too sure if it’s the unfortunate curse of their generation or the fact that customer service just isn’t coached upon in this establishment. Having had been an assistant GM for Nékter many years ago, I was so disappointed/sad that the workers knew very little about the products they had to offer let alone did not smile nor help take my order. My pink flamingo smoothie was awesome as always. I tried the waffles with avocado very tasty and the waffle with berries was great (shared with coworker) they immediately set up an acct to order from app. Great service will be back soon.
The ease of online ordering and location, as well as the taste and size of the smoothie were outstanding.
