Ordered in the Uber app for pick up wrong items and one of them was not even a smoothie. Go to Claremont if you can! Much better
Bad customer service! First and last time here
This is not acceptable! The lines are long there is no more registers and the employees that are making the smoothies have no idea how to take an order anymore due to the self registers. It was much faster the way they had it before. There are some things that self registers just can’t handle.
I’m just so tired of my order being consistently wrong. I ordered it online with delivery. I ordered 4 drinks with no ice and you could see the amount of ice that I got. I pulled the ice out of my drinks and they were 40% full after I removed the ice. I also ordered my drinks with extra ginger and didn’t receive that either.
