The employees here are so NICE! I’ve watched a handful of regular employees come and go, but every time there’s someone new working they are always pleasant and courteous. I’ve been eating at Nektar for 10+ years and I’ve been to plenty of diff locations all over, and this one is my fav! Consistent product and service. Thanks for keeping me loyal! 😊
I’ll give service a zero theirs no nektar where I live so I drove almost an hour to this location we came to order the waffles specifically tell me why they refused to make the waffles because they said they cleaned everything already but it wasn’t anytime near closing I have worked for many places and you aren’t supposed to shut anything off hours before closing or refuse service very poor customer service and waste of a drive
Service was great, I was welcomed when I entered and my order was ready for me.

If I could do zero stars I would. They never answer their phone. I accidentally placed an order at this location and i was told i can’t get a refund unless I call the store.
