The cashier handled money, didn’t wash her hands, and then put on a clean pair of gloves—meaning whatever germs were on her hands were now on the gloves touching my fruit. The smoothie was good, the service was not. Every time I go to this location the staff is grumpy. I feel like they're upset I came in. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but no, it's every time and I even try to be super nice and tip for the service. It's uncomfortable.
Absolute horrible experience… Showed up a few minutes after the scheduled pick up time only to be told they need another 15-20 minutes… I explained that I had already waited 20 minutes and did not have any other time as I have to be somewhere… I kindly asked them to cancel it and give me a refund since they had no product to provide me… I was told the stores unable to provide a refund and they would have to contact corporate because I ordered online so we will just see if that refund ever gets processed… This is not my first... read more
Great experience at this Nekter! Love their açaí banana berry bowl and added peanut butter. So delicious. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order.
The Banana Berry Acai bowel is my favorite. It is consistently good! Very well made and fast! The staff members are very helpful and sweet. I love this store! If they can make the seats more comfortable, I may stay longer and purchase more items!
