Great overall service!
Well for starters, it’s overpriced and everything I’ve had from their tasted terrible. I love fresh fruits and vegetables but everything from here sucks. I just got a glow getter smoothie and I added kale an and spinach to it and it just taste like disgusting dirty dish water. I’m gagging on it. $13 down the drain.
The young man working was very rude to the young lady ringing up my order. He thought she did it wrong and told me to look on my bank charges to see if it went through because” he wasn’t trying to give away free stuff”. This is after I added a tip, signed the machine, it said approved and a receipt was printed. Very unprofessional.
The employees are on top of everything! They called me about my online order. I missed the call but as soon as I walked in and gave my name they told me what was up, I made my substitution and they had me out the door in a matter of minutes with an amazing bowl of deliciousness!
Dear management- I like the place and the juice is good. However I have a concern with the sanitation practices. There was a girl in there who had a cast on her hand and arm. She did not wear a glove on that hand when preparing the food. I worked in the medical field and I know that Casts are left on and not washed for up to six weeks. That means whatever germs and bacteria and dirt have been accumulating on that cast for the past six weeks are also going to be in the fresh juices that they are making! Yikes!
